Executive Director
Ginny Vicini
Ginny Vicini, Executive Director of Keys to Change, is an experienced social work professional
with a degree from the University of Kentucky. With decades of experience tackling
socioeconomic disparities, addiction, mental health issues, and homelessness, she has worked in
both rural and urban communities with people from diverse backgrounds.
Passionate about creating change through community partnerships, education, and advocacy,
Ginny is committed to helping individuals in Summerville and Dorchester County overcome
barriers and achieve stability.
Originally from Kentucky, she now calls Summerville, South Carolina, home, grateful to be near
her twin daughters. For Ginny, this work is both a calling and an opportunity to share her faith,
hope, and love with her community.
